NEW DELHI: A Class 11 student committed suicide by hanging himself at his house here after he fared poorly in his annual exam results, police said on Tuesday.
"Rahul, 16, was spotted by a neighbour, hanging from a ceiling fan at his house in Sultanpuri area in north Delhi on Monday evening," said a police officer.
He was depressed over his exam results since Saturday.
No suicide note was found. Police said the body has been sent for a post-mortem examination.
