NEW DELHI: The Delhi BJP has invited chief minister Sheila Dikshit to attend Narendra Modi's 'Vikas rally' on September 29. Sources said that the invite was sent through an email. "Attending Modiji's rally will also help her understand his model of development which is talked about everywhere," said Vijender Gupta, convener of the rally arrangements.
