The woman, who works at a garment factory, told police that she was working late on Thursday and was about to leave when her employer, Sanjay (33), called her to his office located at the back of the factory. When the survivor entered the room, Sanjay also called his colleague Devender (40) into the room after which the duo raped the woman. She claimed they also threatened her against telling anyone.
Both the accused were arrested on Friday morning after the survivor's medical examination confirmed rape. Police said they are questioning other workers who were in the factory at the time of the incident. A case of rape under Section 376 has been registered.
The survivor told police that had been working at the garment factory since the last few years and lived nearby.
