The help desk has been set up at Terminal 3 of the airport.

"Delhi Metro has set up a facilitation counter-cum-help desk at Terminal 3 of the IGIA to assist and guide the victims of the Jammu and Kashmir floods who are returning to the city," a Delhi Metro statement said.

It said the officials posted at the help desk will provide all necessary details to the victims about Delhi Metro's network and also guide them to the IGI Airport Metro station according to their requirements.

Jammu & Kashmir is battling the worst floods in 60 years, which have left over 200 people dead.
