NEW DELHI: Aam Aadmi Party on Friday questioned the central government's decision to reappoint D M Spolia, who was indicted by CBI, as chief secretary in the Delhi government.
AAP has asked the central government to explain whether the probe agency has recommended "strict action" and "major penalty" against him and other bureaucrats in the CNG fitness scam. The CBI is conducting a preliminary inquiry in the case.
