Delhi man held for terror hoax

NEW DELHI: A truck driver who had claimed to blow up the Parliament arrested near the Kapashera border on Wednesday. Police said that the man has claimed that he was inebriated and wanted to check the efficiency of the police in preventing such an attack.

Sanjay Yadav (40) had called the PCR late on Tuesday night claiming that he was a part of the terror organization and had plans to blow up the Parliament during the visit of US President Barack Obama.

Police officials said that they are conducting a background check on Yadav and taking preventive measures around the Parliament as well. A case has been registered against him at the Parliament street police station.

Yadav's family members also are being questioned.
