Speaking on the ugly war of words, Kumar said, "Parties that have already prepared for our funeral will be disappointed. There is no conflict. The political affairs committee needed to be reconstituted and both Prashantji and Yogendra have offered to resign much earlier."
Yogendra Yadav tweeted, "Na todenge na chodenge, sudhrenge aur sudharenge" (won't break or quit, will improve and improve others).
However, some members remained belligerent. AAP member from Haryana Naveen Jaihind argued,"There are some people who want to finish the party and a leader that has won the trust of the public. The people gave us 67 seats, can't imagine what they would have done if we had got 27 seats."
Jaihind is expected to move the resolution for the ouster of the two members.
Meanwhile, there were some supporters who gathered at the Kapashera venue of the national executive meeting sloganeering for the party's unity.
