Oman Air flight suffers tyre burst at Delhi airport, passengers safe

NEW DELHI: An Oman Air flight from Muscat, carrying 150 passengers, suffered a tyre burst at landing at the international airport here on Thursday.

All the passengers are safe, IGIA airport sources said.

The flight WY 241 from Muscat had just landed when two nose-wheel tyres of the aircraft burst around 6am, the sources said.

Oman Air officials were not available for comment.
