It was all about scrumptious food and trying out new dishes at the launch of the spring-summer 2015 menu of Asian cuisine restaurant Pan Asian, WelcomHotel Sheraton, in the capital recently. Food enthusiasts and many from the fashion fraternity tried out the new dishes like Okonomiyake - Japanese pancake, Gai Takay -chicken morsels in lemongrass from Thailand and Chinese Mapu Tofu steak, curated by three expat chefs along with chef Vaibhav Bhargava.
Chef Vaibhav said, "The new menu is focused on modern interpretive cuisine, where tried and trusted recipes are given a new twist with an emphasis on fresh, wholesome and seasonal ingredients."
