NEW DELHI: A trial court has acquitted a man, accused of abducting and sodomizing a boy, stating that complainants have resiled from their statements recorded by cops.
Additional sessions judge Renu Bhatnagar let off the UP resident, saying "there is no incriminating evidence" as all the three star witnesses have turned "hostile". The accused was arrested by the police on a complaint lodged by the boy and his father that on December 30, 2005.
