Police said the incident took place on Thursday night when the girl had gone to watch a movie in Vikaspuri. At the cinema hall, the girl had an argument with two men who were later identified as Ajay and Praveen. "During the argument, the girl scolded them. Enraged by this, the duo kidnapped her when she was on her way back home and took her to a room in Dwarka in southwest Delhi," police said.
Ajay and Praveen then called their constable friend Satender after which the trio allegedly took turns to rape the girl.
Medical examination of the girl confirmed rape and a case was lodged under sections of kidnapping and gangrape.
The three men and a woman identified as Kiran Kalias, who allegedly helped the trio commit the crime have been arrested.
They were produced before a Delhi court which remanded them into 14 days judicial custody.
