Corporation Bank inaugurates Corp Excel Branch in Dwarka Sector 17

MANGALORE: S R Bansal, chairman and managing director of city-based Corporation Bank on Monday inaugurated its new branch at Dwarka Sector 17 in New Delhi. The branch is located at 14, Savitri Arcade at DDA community centre in the city. The bank has 143 branches and 254 ATMs covering the National Capital Region including Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Noida, S M Majumdar, assistant general manager stated.

The new branch at Dwarka is named as Corp Excel branch under Project Sankalp - the business process re-engineering project of the Bank. The interiors of the branch have been designed aesthetically and the layout is demarcated between customer facing and operations work. The layout of the branch also includes convenient and simplified queue management system and sufficient customer waiting area, Bansal said about the branch.

It also has e-lobby provided with self-service automation kiosks like cash deposit machine, cheque deposit machine, self-service passbook printers, and so on. E-lobby has been specially designed for customers for quick service with ease and convenience. Branches have specially designated staff - Corp Mitra who will help and guide customers at the branch. Across India, Bank has network of over 8,963 functional units including 2,053 branches.
