The court also recorded the statements of seven other prosecution witnesses, including two more forensic experts, four Delhi Police officials involved in the probe and a doctor who had examined the 32-year-old accused driver, Shiv Kumar Yadav, after his arrest.
In his deposition, Harinder Prasad, a senior scientific officer-II in Central Forensic Science Laboratory, CBI, said he had lifted and developed fingerprints during inspection of the Swift Dzire in which the alleged incident took place.
