It is a man’s world, not woman’s, says Kiran Bedi

NEW DELHI: BJP member and retired IPS officer Kiran Bedi on Wednesday said her experience of the last few weeks, possibly referring to defeat in the Delhi assembly polls, has made her realize that "it's truly a man's world...not a woman's." She was addressing women entrepreneurs at a wellness conclave.

"First of all you need herculean stamina. We women endure suffering but don't build stamina. We have to make our girls play, run so they grow strong. Unfortunately women are still on their own...alone. We have to unite as networks to work on the right things." She also claimed that she is recovering from the "jhatkas" she got during her campaign. "My stamina is from school days.
